  • REGISTER ONLINE: Follow the links from any course in the catalogs and pay by credit/debit or electronic check.
  • REGISTER BY MAIL: If you need a paper application in order to pay with a paper check, we will provide a form.
  • MEDICAL FORM All students must have a completed medical form on file with TMSC before their child's program begins. Click, Print, Mail or "Scan & Send".  Please submit as early as possible after registration.

Tuition Payment, Refunds & Scholarships

TUITION:  Due in full upon registration, payable online by credit card or electronic check through our registration system. Students cannot start a class if payment is not made or scholarship award is not confirmed.  

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS:  Early bird specials - 15% off through March 1, 10% through April 1.

MEMBER DISCOUNT: All TMSC members receive a $20 off each summer class registration fee, as well as discounts on all TMSC programs for 365 days! SCHOLARSHIPS:  Hartford Foundation traditionally offers single 1-week scholarships to students who are residents of Hartford or East Hartford.  We routinely apply for other scholarship grants and will post any opportunities that arise.  Watch this space for the announcement that scholarships have opened for application.  

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are only offered for classes if you cancel two weeks in advance of the start date. After that, you may apply paid tuition to any future course at Talcott. All refunds are minus a 10% service fee. If you prefer a credit for a future TMSC program, they are issued at 100% of the paid amount for the canceled registration.
